Payroll/HR Administrator (24-32 hours)

What are your responsibilities?
As a Payroll Administrator you are responsible for the entire payroll process. You will work closely with Finance and the HR Manager.

You ensure correct and timely processing, control and payment of salaries and payments and answer questions from employees, management and external authorities. In addition, you are responsible for the monthly and annual closing of the salary administration, connections to the financial administration. 

You are of course well informed of relevant information regarding tax and social legislation and you keep a close eye on developments in this area.

But.. There is more!
In this combined role you are also responsible for the correct and timely completion of administrative activities with regarding onboarding, promotion and offboarding of employees. You draft employment contracts and other personnel correspondence. In addition, you manage the personnel information system and you are the internal point of contact for colleagues who have questions about leave registration.

Job Requirements

  • Education

You have completed your education at least at MBO level 4, HBO working and thinking level, preferably towards Personnel and Organization.

  • Work experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.
Experience with personnel information systems (experience with ADP Perman is a must!).
Experience with (personnel) administrative processes.

  • Other

Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with employment law and social insurance law.
A good command of Word and Excel are an advantage.
Integrity, accuracy and service-oriented are your keywords.
Very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
